So this morning I did my official weigh in for the week and I was at 192. So that means I've lost 8 pounds this week. The gain could be water weight or it could be regular fluctuations of the body.
What I've decided to do so that I'm not hung up on the numbers is I've put my scale up on a shelf. Now that I know that this is going to work for me I've got to trust it and just do my weekly weigh in. It's pretty much a habit to weight myself and I have to try not to focus on the day to day numbers as much.
I'm excited to do my measurements on Saturday morning and see if I have any changes! :)

I have learned that the scale is not an accurate reflection. Measurements are definitely the way to go. Great job - keep it up! You are doing so great!
