EA Sports Active Update

Some people were worried that some of the exercises on the Sports active would be too jarring or would further complicate a pre-existing condition.

Today I figured out, completely by accident, that you can limit the activities to ones that you are comfortable with. It may make your workouts a bit shorter, but you can always supplement them with workouts that you create yourself.

Before every workout it shows you a list of the activities that you are going to be doing that day. They have a green checkmark at the end of each one. If you click on that check mark it turns to a red X and it is taken out of the workout for you. It doesn't seem like you can substitute it for something easier, but like I said you can do another quick workout to burn those calories.

  1. Hey! So I don't know if you go back and read your comments, so I am posting something here. I've replaced my desk chair at home with one of those big excercise balls. I move around sporadically on it, and it's not an 'actual' workout, but it's something! I am strengthening my inner core while facebook creeping! :) Do it!

  2. I actually have wanted to get one of those for awhile, but if you saw how tiny my apartment is....:( there would be NO place to store it...maybe in the bathtub!
