Back to work and back on track

Monday morning!

It was REALLY hard to get out of bed this morning. It was nice and rainy and there was thunder. But I got up. Have to try and start this week properly.

Let's all pretend my 4 day weekend never happened shall we?

I'm going to be doing 2 workouts this evening to try and catch up. Can you catch up on working out? I'm going to try it. I tend to work to hard in the beginning, get hurt and give up...so maybe I need to slow down upfront....and then gradually build to longer workouts. I'm just impatient.

  1. I totally agree on starting slow and working up to longer and more intense workouts. I have learned that the hard way. It's the ONLY way to ensure stick-with-it-ness. I dig your groovy blog, Steph! I'll be your biggest fan!
